DefaultTelemetryPublisherRepository

A subclass of TelemetryPublisherRepository used internally by DefaultTelemetryTrace. It inherits all behavior from TelemetryPublisherRepository without adding any of its own — publishing is still a gzip-compressed HTTP POST to {host}/v1/telemetry/publish.
