DefaultTelemetryItem

A concrete, RepoDb.Telemetry.Default-specific subclass of TelemetryItem. It adds no fields of its own — it exists so the default pipeline has its own type to construct, serialize, and evolve independently of RepoDb.Telemetry.Core.
