SqlServerBulkOperationsDbSetting
A setting class used for the SQL Server data provider, extended with the settings of the bulk operations.
This class extends SqlServerDbSetting with the settings of the bulk operations (bulk-insert, bulk-merge, bulk-update and bulk-delete) for SQL Server, and inherits all of its configured values. Pass an instance to SqlServerGlobalConfiguration’s UseSqlServer method to register it in place of the default setting.
