Db2BulkOperationsDbSetting
A setting class used for the Db2 data provider, extended with the settings of the bulk operations.
This class extends Db2DbSetting with the settings of the bulk operations (bulk-insert, bulk-merge, bulk-update and bulk-delete) for Db2, and inherits all of its configured values. Pass an instance to Db2GlobalConfiguration’s UseDb2 method to register it in place of the default setting.
